Equipped with a full kitchen, dining and living areas, private front patio, and lots of books and vinyl for you to read and listen to during your stay! Perfect for families & small groups of friends, or for couples & individuals wanting some extra space.
Second bedroom can be set up as an office or bedroom.

PRICING
$6,500 per calendar month.
All inclusive of utilities, wifi, and streaming services.
Cleaning fee $150 every two weeks.
